Hi,

I'm noticing that when using google's chrome browser the post textbox in easydiscuss, and the status box in easysocial do not properly size for input text.

In easysocial, when using chrome and trying to post a status, once you get to about 3 lines of text, instead of the textbox expanding (as in firefox) it begins to scroll. No matter how many line of text input, you will only see at best 3 lines at anytime. The rest have scrolled and are not visible.

When I first tried to post a forum post about this, I then discovered that the same thing is happening in chrome if you try to post to easydiscuss. After 2 lines the text box begins to scroll leaving only two lines visible irrespective of how many actual lines you may have entered. As with the status box, you can scroll through your text but I hardly think that is how it should function.

Is it possible to get the status box to function more like facebook's status box? FB Starts with a multi-line box that then grows with the text. It appears that easysocial's status box starts with only a one line textbox, which only grows in firefox, not chrome.

Whether firefox or chrome (when functioning properly), the status box would be much easier for users to understand if it started as a multi-line textbox. Earlier version of easysocial, version 1.x.x I guess, did work more like the FB status box and that was quite frankly much more intuitive than the current iteration.

Any clues on what the problem might be in chrome with the status and text boxes?
