Problem with foundry plugin and Akeeba Backup scheduled backup Cronjob

Hi,

when I make an automatic scheduled backup with a cronJob on Akeeba Backup, I get this error message involving the Foundry System Plugin.
When I disable the plugin, the backup runs fine.
