Problem with EasySocial chron job

Hi, guys -

This is a repeat of my earlier ticket, because I didn't see how to securely provide the additional credentials Raymond requested and thought this would help us move things forward!

I'm having trouble setting up my chron job. I've followed your directions for my host (SiteGround), and entered this string:

/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&;;cron=1"

I've tried replacing 'http://yoursite.com' both with and without 'https' and both with and without the 'www;' everything seems to give the same error. Please help me figure out the correct string: I was just about to go back to marketing the site when I discovered the problem!
