I have installed the full package onto my joomla, but 1 subject under Compoents, Komento is not there and I assume it's the one that make all live and functions. what have installed is the following but my blog comment and ratings is not working, it's showing but not working: installed:
settings, themes, backgrounds, comments, acl, subscribers, download requests, languages, email activities and migrators. there is 1 according to your instructions that is not on my down loads. pls can you assist in getting my blog comments and ratings active asap.
