Problem with "blog" app translation

can't find where to translate the blog app.
I'm going to use EB not only for blogs, so I want to give more general translation to it.

In ru-RU.com_easysocial.ini I have found these lines:

It seems like it translated but I can't see the result.
Most of the other apps translated well.
