Problem Upgrading

I know it is weekend but it is the only time that my site is more calm. I am trying to upgrade but it says: Please download the new launcher from our site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard

When I tried with the package

/home/MYSITE/public_html/mmp_upgrade/administrator/components/com_easysocial/setup/packages/
error : Sorry, there are no packages found. Please upload the component file to the path above.

I uploaded it...
