Private message replies triplicating and notifications not going away

Hi,

A lot of times when my users respond to one another via easy social messaging, it sends their replies 3 times. We have tested it on our end and its not feom over clicking of the button.

Also, some users are receiving notifications for conversations between other users and they can't delete it. When they try to delete it from their messages they receive an error that they don't have permission to do so.
