Privacy and Category Sorting issues with 2.1.2

There seem to be some issues with 2.1.2 that would be awesome to have fixed:

Privacy

• When clicking on Privacy on the left-hand side, nothing happens in the main area. See privacy-dropdown.png
  
• If I right-click and copy the link, (http://digibit.local/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&;view=privacy), I get a list of the items. See privacy-listing.png
  
• When I change the setting and try to save by clicking on the Save or Save & Close buttons, nothing happens. Cancel works. See privacy-setting.png
  

Category Sorting

After creating or updating a category in Groups, Events, and Pages, the previously set ordering is changed. This means that ordering has to be reset each time and change is made.

Also, it would be great if sorting occurred within the category tree. For example, if you had the following:

Title Ordering

B Test 1

Test 1
- A Test Child 1

The sorting should be as above.

But, it sorts to be:

- A Test Child 1
B Test 1
Test 1
