What i have in mind is the following:
I want users to be able to "buy" some sort of premium membership on a monthly basis, so after a month the premium membership expires and they fall back to normal membership. But not by paying money, but for an amount of userpoints. Think this can partly be achieved through different profile types, but the problem is to connect it to the points system.
I saw there's a plugin to unlock profile types if a user reaches a given amount of points, and there's payplans where you can buy a membership for cash, but i think both can't do what i would like to have. The thing is i want to reward users who are permanently active in the community and give them a way to spend some of their collected points so they have more possibilities at a special user level in the community, my chat (flashcoms) also gives those users more functions if they're in that special premium userlevel.
