I'm trying to enter preconfigured hastags into the db table
I looked into the table #_social_stream_tags, this is where the tags are stored, The table columns are:
id, stream_id, uid,utype, with, offset, length, title
Can you please explain what is Offet & length column
Secondly it is mandatory to have stream ID for each tag?
