Posts > Change Author unusable on a large member site....

I was going to put this to Voices, but I think it's more an instant issue for big membership sites like mine rather than a 'new feature request'.

On the back-end I'm trying to change the author of a blog... I go to Posts > Change Author and I get a list of user names in order they registered on the site (so not alphabetical)... with 2000+ members this makes it horrendous for me to find who I need.

I am probably spoilt with perhaps the newer features of EasySocial, but I was expecting some kind of search ability in the pop-up....

EDIT: (Actually this isn't urgent as I went through and found my 'needle in a haystack' but maybe something that can be logged as a useability issue rather than a 'feature request')
