Post Under Moderation, even after server cache cleared

Hello,

With the recent update we are getting "Post is under moderation" & "Stream item published successfully. Item will now be visible on your stream." everywhere on our stream. After reading the forums and trying what others have to solve the problem did not work for our site.

What other options do we have for a fix to this, besides manually hiding it with CSS?
