Post not shown after publishing from draft

I started writing a blog post and saved it in a draft to finish it later. After I finished writing the blog post I published it but it didn't show up on front-end nor on the back-end. I have looked into the database and the article is there and is the only article that has "state 1". If I change the state to 0 it shows up on both front and back end but if I try to access the article from the front-end, I get a 404 page and if I edit the article and update it from the back-end it goes back to state 1.
