Post Moderation Should Also be in Apps

Currently, in Group for example, there is a custom field called Post Moderation. By the description and label alone, it would make you think that any posts created in my group would need admin approval. Scrrrrcccth... Stop! Nope! It does not only posts created in Story Form applies post moderation. Meaning, it does not apply to posts made using group apps like Discussions or Announcements.

It would be nice to also add an ACL in Apps that reflects post moderation or any ACL Story Form has.
