When a user set the Post moderation to ON and Posting Permissions: with Allow admins to post into this group and Allow group members to post into this group set to ON (checked), the photos & videos uploaded, polls, discussions & articles created by members (except the Group admin) must wait the Group owner or Group admin approval to be posted on the group.
Otherwise, what is the role of Post moderation?!
