Re-creating this,
1) From the Administrator Screen, when I go to EasyBlog Home/Bloggers/Select a User
2) On this screen, there are TWO tabs presented: Account Details and Blogger Info
3) Now, change content on Account Details tab, and enter the password/verify password.
4) OK, now, go to Blogger Info, and change content on the Blogger Info area - Page Description, Nickname, Biographical Info.
5) OK, now, click on SAVE.
The response I get is a) FIRST, The content doesn't change at all to the NEW content I entered. It's confusing. Then, after trying this several times, I clicked on the other tab (Account Info), and realized WHY my content wasn't being ingested/accepted. There was an ERROR: Passwords Don't Match. Please re-enter Password. " message.
WORK-AROUND SOLUTION: When I entered the Blogger Profile content FIRST, then, went to the Account Info tab, and entered my password/verify password info, it succeeded.
Maybe if you reversed the tabs, so the Blogger Info must be entered/changed FIRST, then also made sure that you instruct Admin to enter password before the content will be accepted?
