Polls and Voting

Not sure why this has not been added yet?

When a user or admin creates a poll or a discussion which users are allowed to vote
This is imperative to the admin to be able to determine who voted so we can verify all votes

same as Facebook voting and seen by function in Facebook

This feature is a high priority for us, so please let me know asap
