PM button: Redirect to existed conversation (instead of open popup) [MOVED]

Hello. Thats how it works now:
1) navigate to user1 profile
2) press on PM button
Result: Popup is open. I can type only text & I can't attach image of send GIF

Suggestion 1: When user start conversation pop should allow to add GIF and attach image to first message.

When I try to do same (step 1 and 2) system open the same popup again.

Suggestion 2: conversation with user1 was started before.
So when I press on PM button, system should redirect me to existed conversation (instead of open popup).
