PHP Link to Author Profil

Hi, i use seblod and like to make a Author Box. I have now the name and the Avatar in this Box. But i dont know to link to the Author Profil and Photos.

Here is my code. Link to profil works, but i think its not right. And Link to Photos i have no idea to do this.
