Photo upload issue again in groups

Hi,

We are having an issue with uploading photos to group since update to 2.0. Initially the photo icon was not being displayed.

We had the same issue with 1.4 but you gave us a patch to correct this issue which made the icon appear and work. We have tried using this but not surprisingly it does not work. it made the Photo option appear but does not allow for photos to be uploaded.
