Phantom posts

I am getting unauthorized posting in Easy Discuss. The posts have no IP address associated with them, require moderation and consist of content on the website. I have disabled all usergroups from the ability to post questions in the ACL setting, but the new posts continue to happen.

I believe the issue began after the 4.0.19 update was installed, but not sure of this.
