Paypal not changing status to paid when paid.

I am using a dummy paypal account to test payplan and everytime i make a payment I get a thank you page but the status on Invoice-CheckOut and not paid. I checked both the dummy paypal account and it shows paid, I go to the merchant paypal and i see the money.
