Payment Gateways for Canceling Subscriptions

Hi,

Our website requires giving the ability to cancel their recurring subscription payment within our website environment. Unfortunately, due to our business model, we do not qualify to PayPal Business Pro until we have established subscription payment history. In the list of all the payment gates you offer with PayPlan, are their alternatives other than PayPal so we can our members cancel through our website?
