Password Request in Admin when updating a User

When I try to update the details for a user (for example ticking the box to allow access to a group) through the admin area the following message appears:

"The passwords you entered do not match. Please enter your desired password in the password field and confirm your entry by entering it in the confirm password field."

I am a Superuser when trying to amend details, so I do not expect this message, I should be able to amend any user.

I use PayPlans integrated with EasySocial, is that the reason and if so, is there a setting I can change to allow access to change users in admin without needing their password?
