It appears that while I just recently purchased KOMENTO, and I was able to download - I am UNABLE to install. It appears as if you do not have my account shown as being active. I tried using the install instructions as stated on your website, but none of the actions appears to work. I am even seeing that your website shows that I need to renew my subscription.
Please fix this for me. I have already paid for the newest version. Please confirm and enable the software I just purchased.
