Pages - Events + Event Creation

I have enabled the use of pages on our website and would like to allow the Page Admin to have the ability to choose who can create events for the page. I have added the fields to the workflow for pages and checked the field placement on the frontend but they are not showing.

I did the same thing for groups and the fields are present and working so I think it is a technical issue.
