Owner Can't Delete Feed - gets Blank Popup

I'm provided a URL to an Event and it's owner login... try and delete those file upload posts on the activity stream and you get a blank pop-up and nothing happening when you agree to the delete confirmation pop-up.

(Please don't email the user whose account I have provided - It's just so you can see the issue)
