Hi,
We already have option to disable the search icon from ES toolbar and other stuff (http://take.ms/2qxFW) but, for those who are using the docker on every page, they may want to disable the notification icons from it because they are already displayed on docker.
I suggest to create options in backend to disable the Friend Requests, Conversations, Notifications & Home icons from ES toolbar.
