Option to add videos on dashboard

It's currently possible to moderate and modify videos with the backend dashboard, but it would really be helpful if there's an Add button so that Administrators can add a video from there.

Now I have to do it from the frontend side which works but is far from ideal. It shouldn't be too much work to implement I think.
