It would be very helpful to offer clients the option to enrol in a membership plan with the option to auto renew at a discount. For example, a client would be able to choose to enrol in Plan A for a single payment for £100, or have the option to choose an auto-renewing payment and receive a £10 discount. By choosing the auto-renewing option the client would pay £90 each year. This would reward loyalty and reduce administration.
