The One signal Push Notification Plug was recently installed and configured for both of my domains. The behavior of this Notification plugin has been uncertain,
Sometimes, When there is a profile comment, the user isn't notified. Sometimes when a user is notified and the pop-up notification is clicked, it does nothing. Other times, the user is notified more than once for the same activity.
