On mobile Avatar and Cover "mouseover - effect" is active

Hi.

If you scale the browser small to mobile layout the avatar and cover mouseover effect for "change avatar" with the dropdown is still active. If you click on avatar area 2 times, maybe the "choose avatar" window or the "upload window" will open because its only non-displayed by opacity to 0 . this links should be displayed to "none" on mobile OR I think it would be a cool solution to change here opacity to 1 so user can change directly in their profile and not in "edit profile link".. etc

But here if i give the links opacity to 1 then the image-scale "clipping" are not shown like in the "edit profile page" (i mean on mobile device not desktop)
