It would be really great if there was a way for users to tag or mark an entry NSFW (not safe for work) and then a user option where they can select to filter out or not, all posts that have this tag/entry. At present the News feed filter system only allows you to search for things that have certain hashtags in them, so just be able to set a filter for things that don't have a certain hashtag would be a great first step.
