Now in EB5.x but can not insert image in EB3.x Post

Hi Si Team

Please help me to get the image below (panic attack image) into the Blog post here:

I have tried inserting it with both the Image Manager & The Advanced Image Manager.

I see it in the back end but not the front end!?!
