I am having a lot of difficulty getting the notification system set up. It either sends to all Joomla/Community Builder members, including those that are disabled, or to no one at all. Is it possible to have it send notifications ONLY to those who are subscribed to the blog, category, or blogger? I have all commenting disabled, for now, but anyone can subscribe to any or all of the blog entries.
