Notification URL does not work

Dear support,

Once we create a notification to transmit as per photo 206 and we insert a URL (that we want the user to be redirected to once he clicks on it as per photo 207), this does not work. Please have a look.

Instead of being redirected to the URL entered, the user is redirected to the profile page of the Admin that created the notification. The notification is published for all the users so you can view it with the user that we provide you with the access details.
