Notification: No PLURAL and SINGULAR difference when user(s) comments Link in Group

Hello. This issue similar to this one.

APP_GROUP_STORY_USER_COMMENTED_ON_USERS_LINK="%1$s also commented on the link {b}%2$s{/b} shared in {b}%3$s{/b}"

When one user comment Link and few users comment Link, system use the same language stream.

User1 also commented on the link UserName shared in GroupTitle

User1 and User2 also commented on the link UserName shared in GroupTitle

But in non-english site we need to display it a little bit different.

P.S: I suppose the same thing for non-group links (profile / user's Links too)?
