EasySocial User/Follower Notification Configuration

Hi,

Is it possible to do the following on EasySocial, and if so could you let me know how to configure them:
- Configure so that the Followers of a User will get a notification when there is a new posting on the activity stream
--- Enable this functionality only for postings from a certain EasySocial Apps
--- Configure some periodicity (e.g., daily/weekly/biweekly) where Followers of a User will get a summary of latest activity stream/postings... And configure this for certain Apps only?
- What are the available notification methods? E.g., EasySocial user message, user email, other?
