Non working "sending private messaging screen"... script problem ??

Hello,

I have different cases of non working private messaging

ex 1 :

when trying to start a new conversation with an user :

ex 2 :
users report me that they have tried replying to messages but after clic "reply", it seems not working (nothing happens), so clic again... and the feeling that it was not working... and in fact it's seems that the other persons received several messages
