I recently upgraded a site from Joomla 2.5 to 3.2 and upgraded Easy Blog to 3.9
The only issue I've encountered is that the list of Tags is no longer available for selection
On a blog edit screen, it just says 'no tags available' and they are also missing on the earlier articles that did have tags attached
They all seem to be present and published ok in the tags table?
