No syncing with S3

I’ve taken over management of a Joomla site and I’m trying to get Easy Social to reconnect with S3. In S3 I can see many synced files from a year ago, but nothing seems to have sync’ed since.

I manually run the cron job and get a series of messages like “No photos to upload to Amazon S3 right now.” I checked the table #__social_photos, and while I see a few items with a state of 0 and some with -1, most are 1 …including the more recent files. I checked the table #__social_storage_log and all the records since March 13, 2018 include the message “The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method. “ (I assume this is when I upgraded Easy Social.)

Because I am a consultant, I have some limitations as to what I have access to and limitations as to how much access I can give to support. What I’m looking for is advice as to what I should be looking at?
