No stream items when user comment / react to it

Hello. This user doesn't add videos and photos. But he is very active because he post comments every day.

But when we visit user's page we can't see in TimeLine stream items with videos/photos (by other users) that was commented / reacted by this user. Is it a bug or not? I remember that JomSocial display such items.

Also it allow to moderate user's comment. Anyone can find items that was commented by this user.
