Hello.
1. user navigate to group and upload new video with Timeline.
2. Result1: groups members get notification about it.
3. But if user upload video with “Add video” in “Groups videos” section.
4. Result2: groups members will not get notification.
Expected result: groups members should get notification without any difference how video was uploaded.
