No Komento Dashboard on Backend

I am unable to bring up the backend on komento. See attachment of the screen shot that I have. I have uninstalled/reinstalled with no change. Installation went successfully. Any suggestions on where to look or what to try to resolve this issue. Frontend commenting seems to be working fine. Thanks in advance for your help.
