Hello. Steps to reproduce:
1) User1 create discussion on group
Result1: There is new item in stream created.
2) User2 and User3 post reply.
Result2: no new items in main stream about replays.
Expected Result: there is need to be new item in stream “user posted reply to discussion” or bumped previous item “user created discussion” + latest comment from User2 and user3.
