No Greek symbols on the built-in editor for EasyArticles

The built-in editor for EasyArticles does not do "Greek" letters as per standard editors. My site delivers technical articles that require scientific symbols such as some Greek letters. On a Mac keyboard in a standard editor (such as this one), it is simply a matter of, for example, shift+m to get the Greek symbol µ. On your built-in editor, this does not work. Is this something you can look at, as technical articles that require these symbols will be a fairly common type and I would rather use the recommended editor for EasyArticles?
