"No Editor - Textarea Field" replace title and description when edit video

Hello.
1) in backend chose Settings > Videos > Layout > Default Editor For Video Descriptions – "No Editor - Textarea Field"
2) navigate to "All videos"
3) press "Add video"
4) add YouTube video link
Result1: form auto crawl (import, insert) video's title and description ?
5) user edit title and description (he translate it to another Russian language), spend lots of time.

6) Imagine: video-link become broken and need to be replaced
7) find another repost of this video on YouTube
8) edit video on ES
9) replace old link by new one
Result2: after insert new link we can see that Russian-language title and description replace by original from YouTube ?
