newbie question: Custom URL

Before I updated to the latest version, the URL doesn't show any "easyblog" or "component" and "itemid=254" in the url string.

i couldn't figure out how to take it out.

below is an example:

http://www.bcadventist.com/index.php/component/easyblog/premarital-counseling-training?Itemid=254

before, all it would show is ---> or something like that: http://www.bcadventist.com/index.php/premarital-counseling-training

any help would be greatly appreciated.
