Hi,

I have created a new post template based on the blank template. I want the Show on Frontpage set as no. I Disable this and save the template and when I open it up again it is enabled.

Is there any way of hiding that button for one category? As only want staff posts to display on front page.
Also, is there any way of saving the default category in the template for this one particular category? At the moment it reverts to main website's default category when it is used to create a new post.

Basically, for one set of users, we want to allow them to post in one category and its sub categories, and for their posts not to show up on the main blog front page, and not let them have the option of clicking on the show on front page button, or selecting other categories.

Kind regards

Mel
