Need to connect to FaceBook

OK, here's the deal.

I'm setting up my site and want to test the autoposting to FaceBook and Twitter.

BUT...I don't want to test using my real biz FB or Twitter accounts because I don't want the posts to show up if I'm just in testing mode and trying to figure out EasyBlog.

Soooo...I created another test FaceBook page and Twitter account to do the testing. And when all is well and I'm done with the website...I want to then, obviously, have those autopstings to the real pages.

Here's my dilemma. I went through the CRAZY steps in the instructions to get the API key and password to set up to the alternate FB page. But it didn't work. I kept getting this error:

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

Needless to say I'm frustrated. The domain URLs are the same...I did everything the instructions said. Can someone help me??
